About Dynamics 365

What it is

Dynamics 365 is Microsoft’s family of business applications for customer service, sales, and case and grants management. It runs on Dataverse, so the data model, security and business rules you set up are shared with Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Pages.

A good fit when

  • Several teams handle cases, applications, grants or customer requests
  • You already use Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
  • Your current CRM has been customised beyond what anyone can safely change
  • You need an audit trail and role-based security
What we do

How we work with Dynamics 365

New implementations

Discovery, data model, security roles, forms, views and processes, configured before anything is coded.

Extending what is there

Plugins, custom APIs, PCF controls and Azure Functions where configuration stops being enough.

Integration

Connections to finance, identity, legacy databases and websites through Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps and APIs.

Health checks and performance

Reviews of plugins, flows, solution layers and API usage on live platforms, with a prioritised list of fixes.

Questions

Common questions about Dynamics 365

Do you work on existing Dynamics 365 environments, or only new ones?

Both. We can start from a new environment or pick up one that has been live for years, including environments built by someone else.

What is the difference between Dynamics 365 and Power Apps?

Dynamics 365 apps such as Customer Service and Sales are ready-made applications built on Dataverse. Power Apps lets you build your own apps on the same platform. Many solutions use both.

Can Dynamics 365 connect to our other systems?

Yes. We usually integrate through Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, Azure Functions or the Dataverse API, so each system keeps its own job and data moves reliably between them.
