About .NET, Blazor and PHP

What it is

.NET and Blazor are Microsoft’s frameworks for building web applications and APIs in C#. PHP powers a large share of the web. We build new line-of-business systems in .NET and Blazor on Azure, and work in PHP where an existing system or platform calls for it.

A good fit when

  • A platform would need so much customisation it stops being a platform
  • You have very high transaction volumes or a complex user interface
  • An older application is hard to change or runs on unsupported versions
  • You are building a product to sell to others
What we do

How we work with .NET, Blazor and PHP

Web applications and portals

Staff and customer portals with Entra ID sign-in, built for accessibility and for the way people work.

APIs and integration

REST APIs and services that connect Dynamics 365, finance and legacy systems.

Modernising older systems

Moving ageing .NET Framework or PHP applications to supported versions, step by step.

Mobile apps

Mobile apps backed by the same APIs, for staff in the field or for customers.

Questions

Common questions about .NET, Blazor and PHP

Why Blazor?

Blazor lets the whole application, front end and back end, be written in C#. That keeps the codebase smaller and easier to support for teams already using .NET.

Can you take over an existing application?

Yes. We start with a review of the code and hosting, then stabilise, document and improve it.

Who owns the code?

Ownership is agreed in the contract before work starts, and the source is handed over with documentation so another team could support it.
