Privacy statement
How we handle personal information, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Who we are
This statement applies to Webrange Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 88 615 037 637), trading as WebRange, of Canberra, ACT.
What we collect
When you contact us, we collect the details you choose to give us, such as your name, organisation, email address, phone number and the content of your message. If you apply for a role, we collect the information in your application.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, provide our services, consider job applications, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will update this statement first.
If you pause the animations, the site remembers that choice by saving one setting in your browser. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Our contact form
When you send a message through our contact form, it is delivered by our web host, SiteGround, to our email inbox. We do not keep a separate copy on the website. To limit spam, the website briefly keeps a coded (hashed) version of your internet address for up to an hour, to count how many messages are sent from it.
Disclosure
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our web host and email hosting, and only as needed. Some providers may store data outside Australia. Where they do, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information is protected.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we delete or de-identify it when we no longer need it.
Access and correction
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@webrange.com.au.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, please email us first. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
