About Power Platform

What it is

Power Platform is Microsoft’s low-code platform: Power Apps for business apps, Power Automate for workflows, Power Pages for external portals and Copilot Studio for agents. Built well, it gets useful tools to people quickly. Built without structure, it becomes hundreds of flows nobody owns.

A good fit when

  • Teams run processes in spreadsheets and email
  • You want a portal on the same data your staff use
  • Flows and apps have grown without an owner
  • Changes need to go through test before production

Governance and clean-up

Environment strategy, deployment through solutions and pipelines, data loss prevention policies, and consolidation of overlapping flows.

Questions

Common questions about Power Platform

When should we use Power Platform instead of custom software?

When the process fits forms, views, workflows and standard connectors, Power Platform is usually faster and cheaper to change. Very high transaction volumes or complex user interfaces often suit custom software better. We will tell you which side of the line your requirement sits on.

Do Power Apps need Dataverse?

Not always. For business data that needs security, auditing and relationships, Dataverse is usually the right store. SharePoint lists suit simple, low-volume cases.

Can you fix flows someone else built?

Yes. We review what exists, consolidate duplicates, add error handling and move them into solutions so they can be deployed and supported properly.
